Volunteers engaged

At Youth For Future, we believe in making a profound impact by dedicating ourselves deeply to a smaller group of children rather than making a surface-level impact across a larger number. Our commitment is reflected in our Global Identity Program (GIP), where we invest over 80 hours annually per child. This intensive engagement allows us to tailor our resources and attention to foster significant growth and development in every child we serve.

Our mission is not just to create an impact on the children we empower, but to create one big family, where every child, volunteer, and partner feels valued, supported, and connected.

FUN Day!

We recently held our first FUN day with the orphanages that participate in the GIP. The day included watching Yokohama F. Marinos's soccer game and then going to sushiro to enjoy dinner together with all the children, care workers, and the volunteers that attended our program. â€‹

Voice of Program Participants

Our programs are not only impactful to the children but also our volunteer community, the care workers, and participating partner groups. Together, we all learn to further improve upon the five life skills of our programs: thinking, social, inquiry, self-management, and emotional skills.
